The Griffin Technology 9503-SDK30 SmartDeck Intelligent Cassette Adapter with Dock Connector for iPod gives you control over your iPod through the built-in controls of your cassette player. SmartDeck uses sensors to transfer the controls on the player to your iPod: use forward and rewind buttons to advance to the next or prior songs in the iPod playlist, Pause and stop buttons pause and stop your iPod, and pressing the eject button automatically pauses the iPod. SmartDeck is compatible with any dockable iPod except the 3rd generation iPod with touch wheel. SmartDeck comes with a 4-foot cable for extra convenience.
SmartDeck allows you to control your iPod, iPod mini, and Nano using the built in controls of your cassette player. Using patent-pending sensing technology, the SmartDeck determines which commands the cassette player sends to the iPod.
